As a new entrant in the hospitality industry, Nova Haven was committed to setting new benchmarks in quality and customer satisfaction, hence the collaboration with Urbs Digital to develop a full brand identity that communicated their values and mission.

The main idea of this project was to create a strong and flexible visual identity for Nova Haven that will be consistent across all brand touch points and have the ability to be fluid and adapt to any changes as the brand continues to grow and expand. The goal was to strengthen the brand image to shape the perception of the target audience and everyone who interacts with the brand.
The services provided to complete this project included creative design for the new visual identity, which encompasses the logo, typography, brand colors, pattern, brand collateral, digital marketing, SMS marketing, and email marketing.
We began the process by crafting a brand logo that resonated with the brand personality of Nova Haven, which is sophisticated, versatile, innovative, and reliable. Once we settled on the beautiful piece of artistic design to be their logo, we experimented with a few colors and fonts until we came up with the perfect colors, typography, and pattern to suit their brand image.Â
Next, to ensure the brand stood out, we designed a few pieces of brand collateral, which consisted of stationery, board posts, business cards, and tote bags, among others. Finally, we run Google ads, email, and SMS marketing to increase our online reach and brand visibility.
It was a significant learning moment for our team, leveraging our expertise and understanding to establish a brand across both digital and physical environments. The outcome was a beautifully crafted visual design that communicated the values and personality of Nova Haven. Our unique fusion of brand strategy, technology, and creative design set boundaries that guided us in crafting innovative solutions, maximizing value for both the company and its clientele.
